Generally, it is super easy!
Free shipping with orders over €250 with DHL or your local delivery company, over €600 with UPS!
All orders are shipped from EU, so no additional duties or payments inside EU!
Really fast delivery. Everything what is marked "in stock" is really in stock and we ship in 24 hours the latest during business days.
How to process an order:
Just find right coravin system (or accessories) which you want to purchase and put them to a cart. The cart is made as one step purchase, so it is really easy.
In the cart:
1) check your choice
2) fill in your shipping address
4) make your choice for shipping service - DHL, your local and well known service or UPS. All orders over €250 are with free shipping with DHL or your local service (it covers all continental EU, Switzerland, UK, Norway) and are with free shipping with UPS all around Europe with purchase over €600 (it covers all continental EU, Switzerland, UK, Norway).
5) pick your payment method - easiest is a secured online payment by your card (we are under VISA and Mastercard secured systems)
6) confirm your order and everything will be immediately processed. In case of online payment you will be reconnected to the online payment site and after processing you will be sent back to your cart with a confirmation that the order and payment has been processed.
7) we process your order withing 24 hours during business days and your package is sent next day after order. In case of your order on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday, your order is shipped on Monday morning.
8) you can expect your order in 1-6 business days from your order, depending on a distance from Czech Republic where we are based. You can pick your choice at the checkout.
Registering for the e-shop
If you chose to register when making your purchase, you will receive login details from us. You can use these details to log in at any time on the home page by clicking the "Log in" button. After logging in, you will see a complete overview of your orders and all other account details.
